Bob and his team made our car buying experience easy and dare I say enjoyable? Communication was great, and our questions were always answered in short time. The car (a 2011 Honda Pilot) was in great shape and meticulously cleaned when we picked it up! The battery was in need of replacement and Bob took care of it, no questions asked! After taking delivery of the car, we noticed some sounds while driving, and Bob scheduled an appointment with his mechanic to have the vehicle looked at and had the sway bar links replaced for us. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Bob in the future!

I don't go out of my way to write reviews often but this is an exception based on the incredible service I received from Bobby and Team at Martin Auto Sales.

1. Bobby gave me straight forward and fair pricing on my vehicle. Worked with me on a great deal so I could pay cash and not have to take out a loan.

2. Incredible communication and follow up from the team on a transmission issue that involved my new vehicle. They went to work right away getting it checked out and fixed up -- no push back or hassle.

3. When the repairs were running longer than expected, Bobby helped me out with a loaner car for a few days so I could get back and forth to work. -- They didn't have to do that, but did!

Truthfully, I wish I could give them more stars for this review. They went above and beyond for me with helping me enjoy the process even when things slightly went wrong. They gained my trust and appreciation.

I will definitely be sending friends and family their way and will be back once I need a new car in the future! Highly recommend this amazing team to help you find and purchase your next car!

ALLEN BERGGREN - 2007 NISSAN XTERRA

After a long search, I found a hard to find Nissan Xterra with manual transmission at Martin Auto Sales. Based on the description and the Carfax, I made arrangements to come and see the car. I flew in from Denver, and was met at the airport by Bobby with the vehicle. The drive back to the dealership sufficed for the test drive, and we closed the deal within a few hours, in time for me to get on the road that evening. On the test drive we discovered that the cruise control was not working. Since there wasn't time to have it fixed before I left Pittsburgh, I was offered a very fair reimbursement against the cost of having it repaired when I got back to Denver. I think this is a very professionally run independent car dealership, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I bought my very first car here, and it was very smooth. I worked with a guy named Bob, who was very helpful. I totalled that car out, and bought another one from him due to the outstanding service. He made me feel like I bought a car and not that I was sold a car. Needless to say I'll be purchasing my next vehicle from him as well.

5 stars all the way! Great experience. Bob at Martin Auto Sales went above and beyond the normal levels of customer service. He picked my mother in law up at the airport in our new car on his only day off. He also worked with me after we had bought the car and we had some minor issues in the first couple days with the radio and sunroof. He helped compensate me for some of the costs on the repairs that were needed. He was genuinely nice to talk to over the phone and work with when buying the car. I would highly recommend buying your next car from Bob at Martin Auto Sales.

We had an awesome buying experience on Saturday, December 1, 2018. We worked with Bruce Weide, whom I recommend highly. He was informative, disclosed all relative information about the car history and quickly got us into the car for a test drive. We liked the car and were going to think it over and make a decision Monday. After leaving we discussed and decided to just purchase. We called Bruce back and he stayed after closing to close the deal. We received EXCELLENT service and really enjoyed working with Bruce!! He went above and beyond, even offered my daughter a stuffed animal when we first got there.
